Change mobile number:

• Log in and go to Account Settings → Profile.
• Enter your new number under the "Change Mobile Number" option.
• An OTP will be sent to both your old and new numbers — once both are verified, the change will be complete.
• If the new number is already registered to another 122bet account, the change cannot be processed.

Email Change: The same way — a verification link will be sent to your new email address.

Name Change: Your name cannot be changed directly after registration — altering a KYC-verified name goes against our security policy.
